Job description:

• Follow up e-shop’s order
• e-shops & online customer service
• Handle after-sales service
• Handle product delivery order
• Handle other ad hoc marketing tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Gd. knowledge of e-shops and social media platforms
• exp. in e-shop management & online CS is preferred
• Proficient in Chinese word processing
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn, and can work under pressure
