Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels (including but not limited to the company website, SEO/SEM, email, and social media).
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), identifying insights and recommending data-backed improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to design and deploy targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment on segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.
  • Industry Trends: Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and best practices, proactively sharing insights to enhance team capabilities.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed performance reports and presentations, translating data into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, and strategy (agency or in-house)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Proficient in CMS (Drupal, Adobe) and design tools (Canva)
  • Data-driven marketer with strong analytical and project management skills
  • Exceptional communicator who creates compelling content and aligns marketing with sales goals
  • Proven ability to drive lead generation and revenue growth through integrated campaigns
