Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To handle enquiries from customers and overseas partners
  • To check rates and charges with local suppliers and overseas partners
  • To prepare quotations, sales presentations and reports for salesman
  • To communicate with overseas partners for Air and Sea shipment to ensure shipment handling properly and efficiently
  • To coordinate with internal departments to keep the high level of service provided to customers and overseas partners

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in customer Services / Sales Support in freight forwarding/logistics industry; candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive – Customer Services (Sales Support)
  • Good command in both written and spoken in English and Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented and well-organized
  • Good relationship with airlines and co-loaders
  • Responsible, patient, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available is preferred
