Chief Technology Officer

Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experiences Required:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or relevant field

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in a technology role, with hands-on experience in programming, preferably working with large scale corporate projects and/or platform systems

• Minimum 3 years of leadership and managerial experience

• Demonstrate technical skills as system architect, understanding of Design Pattern and proficient in System Architect and Design

• Solid experience JavaScript. HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, Solidity and Agile framework etc.; and good understanding of the latest technological trends and knowledge such as Web 3, DeFi etc.

• Working knowledge of cloud platform such as AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working as engineer/advisor for blockchain, or crypto teams would be advantageous

• Possess HKSAR government recognized project management qualifications

Responsibility:

• Work with the CEO to develop blockchain strategy to ensure alignment with business goals

• Build and audit project framework (based on business goal and current team situation)

• Analyze requirements and system framework design

• Implement department documentation criterion

• In charge of Sprint meeting and delivering reports

• Responsible for all projects’ deliverables and ensuring customer technical satisfaction from commencement to launch, as well as maintenance and upgrade.

• Lead and develop own tech team as well as manage global supporting teams.

• Continuous improving team performance and efficiency
