Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnership opportunities with financial institutions, fintech platforms, lifestyle brands, content/media platforms, and community networks

  • Channel development, affiliate growth, and referral programs to support new user acquisition and customer lifecycle growth, to achieve our user growth targets in Hong Kong

  • Maintain long-term relationships with high-potential partners to unlock continuous business value and cross-channel synergies

  • Recognise, study and assess market patterns, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunities for promotion and growth

  • Plan, negotiate, and execute co-branded campaigns, and joint activations with external partners

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, compliance, product, operations) to ensure campaign alignment and regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with managers in monitoring performance of partner channels and campaigns using data-driven analysis, and optimize for conversion, cost-efficiency, and ROI

  • Develop, cultivate and grow relationships with new and existing partners, including KOLs, associations, business partners for strategic expansion

  • Recognise, study and assess market patterns, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunities for promotion and growth

  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years' working experience in partner management / business development / partner marketing in financial services or Fintech related industries

  • Passionate in brokerage industry, ability to understand the operating mechanism, trading mechanism, regulatory policies and market trends of the Hong Kong and US stock markets

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics

  • Fast learner and self-motivated; great analytical mind and strong commercial acumen

  • Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to handle work pressure and challenges

  • Strong interpersonal, commercial negotiation and presentation skills

  • Highly self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Executive
