Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating trade promotion results, ensuring effective follow-up plans and coordinating with vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials.

• Support the planning and implementation of trade marketing strategies to drive sales and recommend channel strategies.

• Conduct category analysis and data analytics to identify channel development opportunities, market trends, and evaluate trade marketing initiatives.

• Support visibility strategies, including merchandising and designing and arranging POSM to align with trade marketing plans.

• Collect market intelligence to identify business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and trade partners to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing initiatives.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in business or related disciplines

• 4+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in FMCG industry

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data and consumer insights

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
