Job Description

Quality Office

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of QA in supervising and monitoring the operations of the Quality Office to provide QA consultation services to faculties and academic departments;
  • Assist the Director of QA with resource allocation and planning the work schedule for the Quality Office;
  • Coordinate administrative activities for planning and monitoring college-wide QA culture promotion activities (e.g. teaching methodologies, QA workshops/seminars etc.);
  • Assist the Director of QA in overseeing the office’s conduct of various Quality Assurance surveys to collect comments and feedback from stakeholders regarding the quality assurance of programmes;
  • Review and prepare QA documents at the college level;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of QA.

Requirements

Applicants should have

  • A recognized bachelor’s degree;
  • At least five years of solid administration experience related to quality assurance, preferably in a tertiary institution setting;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and knowledge of Putonghua;
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Good leadership, interpersonal, communication and team-building skills;
  • Strong interpersonal, administrative, and problem-solving skills;
  • Possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision;
  • Able to supervise work of junior administrative staff, attentive to details, highly self-motivated, responsible and be a team player;
  • Good network in both academic field and the accreditation professional bodies.
