ASSISTANT MANAGER, BRAND AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
This position provides sufficient bandwidth for brand, loyalty and customer experience (BLC) to handle the wide range of customer experience and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and customer experience strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify key touch points in the customer journey and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience
- Monitor customer feedback, surveys, data analytics and external data sources to inform brand and customer experience strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, to ensure brand and service consistency and alignment
- Manage the brand's visual identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Work with Marketing to oversee the creation and production of brand campaigns, and promotions that resonate with the target audience
- Monitor brand performance metrics, track brand health indicators, and analyse market feedback to optimize brand initiative
Requirements
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Bachelor degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management, marketing or related exposure
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in marketing tools, software and analytics platforms
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding, storytelling, and design
