Job Description

  • Handling daily clerical duties, checking, data entries and filing
  • Issue invoices and official receipts
  • Assisting office administration duties
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required
  • Occasional outdoor work is required

Requirements:

  • Form 5/ HKDSE / Diploma or above
  • 3 years of related experience is preferable
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good typing skill and knowledge of PC (including WORD, EXCEL)
  • Mature and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
