Job Duties:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the products and services

Update and record outbound call information in the system

Address customer inquiries professionally

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
HKDSE/HKCEE or above
-
2 years working experience in sales, telemarketing or customer services
-
Polite, good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Fresh graduates will also be considered
