Business Manager (5 days work)

We are a fast expanding chemical trading company inviting applicant for the following position:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in business operations, management consulting, or a strategic leadership role, with at least 3+ years in a P&L-responsible position.

• Financial Acumen: Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and P&L management. High proficiency in Excel is a must.

• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies and translate them into actionable, measurable plans.

• Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Frequent travel to China is required.
