二、核心職責(Job Responsibilities)
2. Core Responsibilities
1. 渠道關係維護與拓展:透過緊密的日常聯絡及專業社交活動,深度維護現有代理合作關係,同時主動開拓潛在合作渠道(如地產代理、金融機構、高端社群等),充實集團合作夥伴網絡。
- Channel Relationship Maintenance & Expansion:Maintain in-depth relationships with existing agents through close daily communication and professional networking activities; proactively develop potential cooperative channels (e.g., property agencies, financial institutions, high-end communities) to enrich the Group’s partner network.
2. 新渠道開發執行:透過電話聯絡、實地拜訪及聯合合作活動(如樓盤推介會、投資沙龍)等方式,推進新渠道拓展,確保渠道資源持續增長。
- New Channel Development Execution:Develop new channels via telephone outreach, on-site visits, and joint events (e.g., property seminars, investment salons) to ensure continuous growth of channel resources.
3. 合作夥伴賦能培訓:定期為合作夥伴舉辦產品知識講座及專業技能培訓(如項目亮點解讀、銷售技巧指導),協助合作方深入理解集團項目優勢,提升合作轉化效率。
- Partner Empowerment & Training:Organize regular product knowledge seminars and professional skills training (e.g., project highlight interpretation, sales technique guidance) for partners to help them gain in-depth understanding of the Group’s project advantages and improve cooperation conversion efficiency.
4. 聯合推廣活動策劃執行:與合作渠道共同策劃、執行各類房地產項目推廣活動(如海外樓盤展、線上直播推介),增強項目市場曝光度,挖掘潛在客戶資源。
- Joint Promotion Event Planning & Execution:Collaborate with cooperative channels to plan and execute various real estate project promotion activities (e.g., overseas property exhibitions, online live promotions) to enhance market exposure of projects and tap potential customer resources.
5. 房產銷售與轉化推進:負責跟進渠道引薦及自主開發的潛在客戶,提供一對一海外置業諮詢(如項目詳情、投資回報分析、置業流程解答),推動客戶完成看房、認購至簽約的全流程銷售轉化;定期梳理銷售數據,總結轉化經驗以優化銷售策略。
- Property Sales & Conversion Promotion:Follow up with potential customers recommended by channels and self-developed, provide one-on-one overseas property consulting (e.g., project details, investment return analysis, property purchase process explanation), and drive the full-process sales conversion from customer viewing and subscription to contract signing; regularly sort out sales data and summarize conversion experience to optimize sales strategies.
6. 市場動態跟蹤與匯報:密切關注業內同行動態、代理合作方經營狀況及海外房地產市場政策變化,定期輸出市場分析報告,為集團決策及銷售策略調整提供及時、準確的市場依據。
- Market Trend Tracking & Reporting:Monitor closely the dynamics of industry peers, the operation of agent partners, and policy changes in the overseas real estate market; regularly issue market analysis reports to provide timely and accurate market insights for Group decision-making and sales strategy adjustments.
7. 跨部門協作推進:與市場部、銷售部、客戶服務部等團隊緊密協作,同步客戶需求、協調項目資源、解決售後問題,確保銷售流程順暢,共同達成團隊業務目標。
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to synchronize customer needs, coordinate project resources, resolve after-sales issues, ensure smooth sales processes, and jointly achieve team business objectives.
三、任職要求(Qualifications)
3. Job Qualifications
1. 專業能力與經驗:具備扎實的市場推廣、商務拓展及房產銷售能力,有2年以上海外房地產、高端產品銷售或渠道開發相關經驗者優先考慮;熟悉海外置業流程及客戶需求者將獲優先錄用。
- Professional Competence & Experience:Solid skills in marketing promotion, business development, and property sales; 2+ years of experience in overseas real estate, high-end product sales, or channel development is preferred; familiarity with overseas property purchase processes and customer needs is a plus.
2. 綜合素質與技巧:擁有優秀的公開演講及商務談判技巧,具備出色的人際溝通能力及客戶需求洞察力,能有效影響合作方決策者、推動客戶銷售轉化;抗壓能力強,可適應業務目標導向的工作節奏。
- Comprehensive Skills:Excellent public speaking and business negotiation skills; strong interpersonal communication abilities and customer demand insight to effectively influence partner decision-makers and drive customer sales conversion; high pressure resistance to adapt to the work rhythm oriented by business goals.
