Assistant Manager, InnoCell

The Position

• Support the Senior Manager to meet the occupancy target towards budget
• Assist the Senior Manager to supervise and manage the team to perform day-to-day duties
• Oversee the performance of InnoCell sites and/ service contractor(s) and implement any related strategies and policies/ procedures smoothly
• Being the main contact point to coordinate with internal parties and service contractor(s) to monitor the daily operation and admission progress, etc. (on-site station may be required)
• Coordinate with contractors to develop and manage all related systems
• Plan and organise events for residents
• Prepare leasing reports, meeting minutes and conduct researches as required
• Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor
• Travelling to the site(s) of service contractor(s) is required

The Candidate

• A bachelor's degree holder in Hospitality, Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent (Associate degree with over 8 years relevant working experience will also be considered)
• Min. 5 years of working experience preferably in leasing, hospitality, customer services, and operation supports; with experience in property developer is an advantage
• Able to work independently, proactively and coach other junior team members
• Well-organized and detailed-minded with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with hotel property management system (PMS) such as Oasis, Opera is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
