Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling all aspects of sales functions

Lead the sales team to execute a strategic sales plan to achieve the sales target

Identify and develop new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

Develop and strengthen good relationships with existing customers
-
Achieve assigned sales targets that align with the Company’s objectives and directions
-
Be capable of understanding the client’s needs to design the desired solution.
-
Cross Departments with Marketing & Operations teams to maintain accurate and timely sales activity information. Record sales leads, contacts, referrals, future opportunities and follow-ups.
Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with managerial experience

Having a strong client network would be an advantage
-
Proactive with excellent sales techniques, and good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work under pressure and independently

Strong analytical ability, strategic and problem-solving competence in a complex environment

Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
-
Familiarity with CRM tool is a plus
