職位描述

Job Description

To provide full administrative support to the workshop
To handle daily machines in/out records and related issues
To handle service hotline and customers enquiries
To generate and prepare reports for management
To maintain filing system for the department
To participate in ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

Degree holder in any disciplines, Engineering or Science related disciplines are preferable
1 year's working experience is preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Independent, responsible, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office application
Green Card holder is preferable
Immediate available is an advantage
