Assistant Property Manager (Light Public Housing)

Responsibilities

• In charge of the daily operation, property management of a Light Public Housing.
• To cooperate with NGO to organize event (on duty on Saturday Sunday when necessary)
• Responds to client enquiries and complaints

Requirements
 

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
• Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence is preferred
• Minimum 3 year's working experience in property management in Hong Kong.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Energetic and willing to accept challenges
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
