Trade Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overseas agent development and rates in Africa.

• Communicate and strength relationship with overseas agents to obtain more support and business in Africa.

• Negotiate for ocean freight rate and manage contracts with carriers.

• Responsible for procurement of the ocean freight rate.

• Design and plan for business growth across Africa markets.

• Coordinate and communicate with oversea branches on daily trade issues, including rates, space and equipment.

• Work closely with overseas branches and Sales team to develop business in Africa

• Attend freight forwarding association conference to get new agent support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain

• At least 8 years of solid experience in Shipping, NVOCC or Freight forwarding industries

• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Willing to travel to Africa countries

• Able to work independently and under pressure
