System Analyst / Senior System Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a talented System Analyst / Senior System Analyst to join our team and help design and deliver innovative system solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll oversee the full system lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and ongoing optimization.

If you have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and clients, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

What you'll be doing:

●     Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into robust system solutions.

●     Design and develop robust systems with responsive front-end interfaces and scalable back-end services.

●     Oversee system design, configuration, testing, and deployment to align with client needs and industry standards.

●     Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and implement solutions to ensure operational continuity.

●     Promote best practices in documentation, system maintainability and system security.

What we're looking for:

●     Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

●     Minimum of 5 years of experience in system development

●     Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Svelte, or Flutter.

●     Proficient in C#, Java, GoLang or other backend technologies

●     Knowledge in development/maintenance of web-based applications using Microsoft C# & ASP.NET , .Net Core and Microsoft SQL Server are highly preferred

●     Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

●     Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and clients.

●     Fluent in Cantonese (mandatory) and Mandarin; English proficiency advantageous
