Quality Assurance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Quality Assurance Officer on daily quality control in process checking and relevant quality control job duty at the production line

• Responsible for secondary repackaging materials release process

• Support to the product specification, work instruction, batch production record or other relevant documents for the secondary repackaging production

• Participate in quality/regulatory inspections and quality-related visit

• Provide administrative support in client quality audits and customer product quality complaints Ensure quality documentation and records are maintained according to the internal procedures and the quality management system

• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Quality Assurance team as assigned

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

• High Diploma or above with over 1-2 years of related experience in quality control or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)

Advantage to Have:

• With work experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical is preferable

• Familiar with local applicable regulations ISO 9001/GMP/GSDP is an advantage

• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and independent

Location:

We have multiple work locations in Hong Kong, this position will be based at Tsing Yi/Tuen Mun.
