Product Manager (Financial Software) / 金融軟件產品經理

崗位職責：

• 負責金融證券產品的全生命周期管理，涵蓋需求分析、產品規劃、功能設計、交互體驗等；
• 負責產品從方案設計、研發推進到最終落地推廣的全过程，確保產品按計劃高質量交付；
• 與業務、研發團隊緊密合作，能抽象提煉出核心業務需求及應用場景，為產品最終落地價值及效果負責；
• 輸出高質量的產品方案、原型設計、需求文檔及其他相關材料；
• 挖掘業務場景中的數據價值，支持業務優化和創新；
• 參與整體項目管理，主動推動關鍵問題及卡點的解決。

任職要求：

• 碩士及以上學歷，金融、計算機、信息管理、數據分析等相關專業；
• 5年以上產品經理或需求分析相關經驗，具備獨立完成產品設計的能力；
• 熟練使用Axure、Visio、Sketch、Figma等原型設計工具；
• 優秀的需求分析和解決方案設計能力，對產品全生命周期管理有清晰的認識；
• 具備主動攻關難點並推動事情落地的能力；
• 優秀的傾聽、理解、交流能力，能夠將想法和思路與不同背景的人進行溝通。

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of financial securities products, including requirements analysis, product planning, functional design, and interactive experience;
• Manage the entire process from solution design, development promotion to final implementation and promotion, ensuring high-quality delivery of products as planned;
• Collaborate closely with business and development teams to abstract and refine core business requirements and application scenarios, and be accountable for the product's final value and effectiveness;
• Produce high-quality product solutions, prototype designs, requirements documents, and other relevant materials;
• Identify data value within business scenarios to support business optimization and innovation;
• Participate in overall project management, proactively driving the resolution of key issues and bottlenecks.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analysis, or related fields;
• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in requirements analysis, capable of independently completing product design;
• Proficient in using prototype design tools such as Axure, Visio, Sketch, and Figma;
• Excellent requirements analysis and solution design capabilities, with a clear understanding of product lifecycle management;
• Ability to proactively tackle challenges and drive initiatives to completion;
• Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills, able to convey ideas and thoughts to people from diverse backgrounds.
