About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee the development and execution of our payment platform strategy. This role combines technical expertise with leadership to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and roadmap

· Lead research and development initiatives for payment systems and financial technologies

· Manage engineering teams to deliver high-performance, secure payment solutions

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

· Optimize cloud infrastructure and technology partnerships

· Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities

· Oversee technology budgets and resource allocation

Requirements

· 10+ years in tech leadership, preferably in e-payments, fintech, or banking.

· Strong background in payment systems, cloud computing, and cybersecurity

· Proven experience scaling high-volume transaction platforms

· Knowledge of payment protocols and industry standards

· Familiarity with AI/ML applications in financial services

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field

Fluency in English/ Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
