Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients, cultivate a strong sales pipeline, and build/maintain long-term, trusted relationships
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to deeply understand their business processes, pain points, and strategic goals
- Partner closely with our in-house Solution Engineers to translate client needs into technical requirements, ensuring proposed solutions are both viable and valuable
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the business value, ROI, and competitive advantages of our solutions
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and qualification through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth handover to our project management team for implementation
Job Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B client-facing role (e.g., Account Executive, Business Development, Technical Sales, or Consulting)
- A genuine passion for technology and a strong interest in the fields of technology or automation
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- A highly collaborative team player who excels at working with technical and non-technical teams
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively
- Fluency in both Cantonese and English is essential and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

- 準備並進行方案演示及建議書,清晰闡述我們方案的商業價值、投資回報 (ROI) 及競爭優勢
- 管理從初次接觸、資格評估,到商務談判和合約簽署的完整銷售流程,並確保項目順利交接給項目管理團隊執行
工作要求:
● 擁有5 年或以上 B2B 客戶服務或業務拓展相關經驗 (例如:客戶主管、業務拓展、技術銷售或顧問)
● 對科技有熱情,並對科技及自動化等領域有濃厚興趣
● 出色的人際溝通、表達及演示技巧;必須是善於聆聽的溝通者
● 具備高度的團隊協作精神,擅長與技術及非技術團隊合作
● 能自我激勵、以結果為導向,並能有效地管理工作優先次序
● 必須能操流利粵語及英語,懂普通話者將獲優先考慮
