Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound engagement (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and inbound inquiries, with a primary focus on Microsoft Hong Kong managed accounts.

• Pipeline Management Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline using GTI’s CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely updates, and visibility across Microsoft Cloud & AI, M365, and Copilot solution areas. 

• Product Presentation Deliver engaging remote demos and solution presentations that highlight the business value of Microsoft technologies—especially in Cloud, AI, M365, and Copilot—tailored to client needs and industry context. 

• Consultative Selling Apply a solution-driven sales approach to understand customer pain points and position GTI’s Microsoft offerings as strategic enablers for digital transformation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with GTI’s Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the lead-to-close journey, enhance customer experience, and integrate feedback into sales strategy. 

• Sales Targets & Performance Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs, contributing to GTI’s growth in Microsoft solution adoption across GCR.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development, ideally within SaaS, IT services, or B2B tech environments. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across business and technical domains.

• Ability to grasp Microsoft technologies and articulate their value in simple, business-relevant terms. 

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
