Responsibilities:

Assist in accounting operation support in receivable and payable section across our group of companies;

Follow up the outstanding AR regularly;
-
Follow up enquiries and from colleague or customer and prepare reconciliation;
-
Prepare journal entries, vouchers;
-
Responsible for filing control and maintain the databases;
-
Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Qualification & Requirements:
-
LCCI Level 2 or equivalent;
-
1-3 years of work experience in Accounting (Fresh graduate welcome);
-
Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Account Clerk / Assistant Accountant;
-
Proficient in ERP system is preferred;
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-
Responsible, organized, analytical and detail-minded;
-
Able to work independently and under pressure;
-
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
