職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accounting operation support in receivable and payable section across our group of companies;

  • Follow up the outstanding AR regularly;

  • Follow up enquiries and from colleague or customer and prepare reconciliation;

  • Prepare journal entries, vouchers;

  • Responsible for filing control and maintain the databases;

  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned.


Qualification & Requirements:

  •  LCCI Level 2 or equivalent;

  • 1-3 years of work experience in Accounting (Fresh graduate welcome);

  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Account Clerk / Assistant Accountant;

  • Proficient in ERP system is preferred;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Responsible, organized, analytical and detail-minded;

  • Able to work independently and under pressure;

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
