DESKTOP ENGINEER

Required Professional Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines

• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience

Knowledge / Skills Required:

• Fresh graduates are also welcome

• Experience in MS Windows OS installation

• Knowledge of Windows Server and LAN / WAN infrastructure is an advantage

• Knowledge of multimedia is an advantage

• Knowledge of software development and various OS platforms is an advantage

Job Duties:

• Provide PC/NBK H/W onsite support services

• Demonstrate a good understanding of IT support delivery process and practice

• Desktop support (Wintel environment)

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience PC H/W support

• Good communication, interpersonal and customer handling skills

• Fluency in both spoken and written

• English and Chinese
