Responsibilities:
- To be Responsible for data-input, ordering process and sales related functions
To perform administration duties regarding sales quotation, sales order, price calculation and website update
- To compile reports regularly for management review
- To work closely with sales team
To provide logistic support in the day-to-day operation
To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:
F.6 or above with 5 subjects passed including English (Syllabus B)
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales support, shipping/accounting field
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Good skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
- Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
- Immediately available is preferable
