Area Manager/ Senior Shop Manager/ Shop Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the operations of multiple shops and effectively lead the team to maintain a positive working atmosphere.

- Supervise and guide store managers to ensure smooth operations and achieve targets.

- Ensure efficient shops operations and regularly review sales performance.

- Plan staffing for each store and provide appropriate human resources support for shops operations.

- Establish strong relationships with customers.

- Less experienced candidates will be considered for the position of Shop Manager.

Requirements:

- Preferably over 3-5 years of management experience.

- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

- Strategic thinking and goal-oriented.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary:

Base Salary + Monthly Commission

- Unlimited commission

- Quarterly target commission

- Additional bonuses
