Business development manager/ Senior manager

• Strategic growth
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
• Identify new market opportunities
• Partnership Development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NGOs, hospitals, elderly service units, governments, universities and corporates.
• Identify and engage potential strategic partners, such as healthcare organizations, technology providers, and funding bodies, to expand our reach and impact.
• Sales and Revenue Generation
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase adoption of products
• Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring the company’s revenue goals are met or exceeded.
• Foster relationships with existing clients to encourage customer retention and uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Leadership and Team Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with the product development, marketing, and operations teams to align business development initiatives with the company’s product roadmap and brand strategy.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in business development and sales-related activities.
• Represent us at industry events, conferences, and public forums to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.

• Entrepreneur spirit
• Bachelor degree or above in BBA or related disciplines; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
• At least 5 years of working experience in Business development with proven track records
• Management experience and skills; Fundraising experience
• Passionate in innovation and technology, and empathetic
