Insolvency & Restructuring Services Officer/ Trainee

About the role

Manivest Asia Limited is seeking an Insolvency & Restructuring Services Officer to join our professional team in our Wan Chai, Hong Kong office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality insolvency and restructuring services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the management of insolvency and corporate restructuring engagements, including bankruptcy cases, corporate liquidations, and financial re-organisations
• Conducting in-depth financial and operational analyses to identify risks and develop effective restructuring strategies
• Preparing comprehensive reports, financial statements, and other documentation required for insolvency proceedings
• Liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, creditors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure the smooth progress of engagements
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in insolvency and restructuring legislation and best practices
• Providing support to our Senior Manager on complex or high-profile cases

What we're looking for

• Degree holder of any disciplines
• Experience working in insolvency, restructuring, or corporate recovery services is preferable but not necessary for Graduate Trainee
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify practical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work
