Sales Manager, Business Development

What you’ll be doing?
 

• Lead a small sales team to achieve optimum channel coverage and to generate business opportunities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets

• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

• Understand market trends, competitor activity and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management

• Work closely with different departments to deliver client projects 

• Build partnerships with different corporates/groups/property developers

Who are we looking for?
 

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder

• At least 10 years of business development experience with minimum 2 years in supervisory role

• Experience in sizable retail chain is preferred

• Familiar with retail industry (Beauty / Fashion / Lifestyle) in Hong Kong market

• Proficiency in Excel to analyze market data

• Self - motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills

• Result-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive and creative

• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
