Store Manager

Position:​ Store Manager (Maternal & Baby Products)

Location:​ Shop A212, New Town Plaza Phase 3, Sha Tin, Hong Kong

About the Role​

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Bebebus store in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, and managing store operations, all while building a positive and efficient team environment.

What You Will Do​

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Achieve sales targets through effective coaching, promotions, and in-store activities.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and handle customer inquiries and feedback.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and fully functional.
• Train, motivate, and develop store staff to deliver outstanding performance.

What We Offer​

• Attractive Salary:​ HKD 15,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on experience)

• Year-End Bonus:​ 13th month pay

• Monthly Sales Incentive:​ 10% – 20% of base salary when sales targets are met, with additional commission for overachievement

Who We Are Looking For​

• At least 3 years of retail store management experience, preferably in maternal/baby products
• Familiar with the Hong Kong market and customer preferences
• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; basic English is a plus
• Good with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Strong leadership, customer-oriented, and able to work during weekends/holidays
