職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general duties of Office Admin, HR & Accounting support
  • Supporting daily office operation
  • Provide accounting metrics, set payment schedule, suggest budget plan.
  • Providing administrative supports to the office, including supply management, and other office administrative duties
  • Responsible for all-round HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employees relation, etc.
  • Maintain and update the employee record and filing systems
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above, degree holder preferred
  • Preferred 2-3 years experience in HR & Accounting field
  • Good knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Strong problem solving skill, can work independently, detail-oriented and well-organised
  • Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
