Job Description

職責：

  • 透過電話向客戶預約和介紹美容療程/產品 
  • 以電話,WhatsApp, FB, IG, WeChat 解答客人查詢，建立和保持良好的客戶關係
  • 處理電腦文書，跟進工作進度

要求：

  • 具電話客戶服務及電腦文書處理經驗, 具美容經驗者優先
  • 具良好溝通能力，待人有禮 、主動熱誠 
  • 流利廣東話、懂Excel文書處理(以中文為主)

工作地點 :
