Research & Projects Lead

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee HKIAC’s overseas airport consultancy and management projects.
• Facilitate outreach and negotiation activities with clients.
• Prepare contracts, tender documents, and related materials.
• Conduct research on overseas airport developments, industry trends, and market insights.
• Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned, which may include business development activities for Hong Kong International Aviation Academy.
• Expect overseas travel from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business or Aviation); Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in project management and/or business development.
• Experience in the aviation industry for a minimum of 3 years; experience in airport operations is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to negotiate, liaise, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Analytical thinker with a proactive approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Copilot.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
