Customer Services Officer (5-day)

About the role

Market Hong Kong Limited is seeking a passionate and customer-service oriented Customer Services Officer to join our vibrant team in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. This is a full-time role with a 5-day work week, offering the opportunity to provide excellent customer support and make a real difference to our customers' experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Provide support in daily operations of the customer service counter and support Customer Service Hotline team to deliver excellent service to our Internal and external customers

• Handle both verbal and written enquiries, requests and complaints from customers through inbound/outbound calls, email, WhatsApp or WeChat tactfully and professionally to align with the corporate image.

• Handle logistics operations, including but not limited to, order handling, preparing relevant documentation and delivery arrangements, etc.

• Provide after-sale services to enhance customer satisfaction

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Handle ad hoc project and administration works as assigned by Manager

What we're looking for

• Higher diploma/ associate degree or above

• At least 2 years of client service experience

• Experience of using “WeChat’ or “WhatsApp” to communicate with customers will be definitely an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner and frontline experience

• Flexible, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

• Working hours: 11:30am - 8:30pm / 10:30am - 7:30pm

• Immediate available is highly preferred
