職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of International Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance would be preferable, plus the ability to handle confidential executive personal issues, must with high-integrity & confidentiality, must be able to work under pressure with executive closely
  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management in both personal matter and business activities
  • To prepare business correspondence, market research, business analysis,reports and presentation
  • To coordinate various events for the public
  • Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally in a tight/hedge schedule;

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years working experience in serving senior executives
  • Excellent command of spoken Mandarin and English, and written Chinese and English
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Effectively maintain confidentiality and preserve integrity of sensitive information and data; Mature, Presentable, Outgoing personality, Independent, Good interpersonal Skill and good communication skill;
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, track projects and follow through with assigned tasks
  • Must be diligent, honest, ethical, well-organized with good attitude and initiative, plus a high level of integrity.
