職位描述

Job Description

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management;
  • To manage day-to-day administrative matters including meeting arrangements, telephone calls handling, minutes and report preparation, document filing and leave administration, etc.;
  • Handle wide spectrum of corporate and office administration duties, including procurement, liaise with suppliers and vendors, etc.;
  • Assist in the maintenance of effective record keeping and filing systems;
  • To perform ad hoc duties as and when required;

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Relevant work experience in project management,engineering,building or architecture field will be preferred
  • Positive attitude, good team work ethic, highly responsibility and able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent telephone manner, pleasant personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
