Project Director (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project management to meet the company's quality, safety, environmental, legal, and cost requirements,
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and different teams for site work requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services/ Building Surveying / Architectural or equivalent;
• Qualified professional in construction or related disciplines preferable;
• Min. 16 years of experience in construction management, in which at least 4 years in management level; and with proven track record of managing large-scale projects;
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, coordination, risk management skills, and the ability to handle complex issues, along with a strong awareness of legal compliance;
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Cantonese;
