Developing and Executing Strategic PR Campaigns: Craft and implement public relations campaigns that align with company’s goals and resonate with target audiences.

Building and Nurturing Media Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, as well as public and MICE media outlets to ensure consistent and positive coverage.

Identifying Media Opportunities and Thought Leadership: Proactively identify opportunities for media engagement, including pitching stories, securing interviews, and positioning executives as thought leaders in the industry.

Monitoring Media Trends and Coverage: Track media trends and monitor coverage to assess PR impact, identify potential risks, and refine strategies.

Consistent Messaging : Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, including social media, press releases, and corporate materials, aligning with company guidelines.

Communications Strategy Suppor t: Assist in developing and executing communication strategies that promote the company’s brand and messaging.

Event Assistance : Provide assistance in global internal events and special corporate projects by utilising advanced event technology and automation tools.

Collaboration : Work closely with supervisors and department heads to ensure communication efforts align with the company’s objectives.

Assist in Production : Aid in the creation of corporate and marketing materials, including case studies, sales credentials, corporate identity, thought leadership articles, corporate gifts, brochures, presentations, and videos.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, investor relations, or related fields is preferred. Prior experience in a PR agency is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with design and video editing tools is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various departments and global offices.

Problem-Solving: Ability to offer proactive solutions and problem-solving skills to support logistical and event-related tasks.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving tasks and projects, maintaining effectiveness in fast-paced environments.

Event Management: Experience or willingness to learn and assist in event coordination using modern event technology and marketing tools.

Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills to assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
