PR Manager

We are currently looking for a passionate and talented PR Managerto take part in a wide variety of projects. https://www.rubison.com.hk/  

Roles & Responsibilities

• To participate in a full lifecycle of integrated communications projects, both online and offline, for clients from food & beverage, hospitality, retail, art & culture, tech, finance and property industries.
• To formulate and implement strategic marketing communications plans to meet clients’ objectives and achieve targets (online and offline channels).
• To identify unique media angles and USPs for assigned projects to maximise on-line/ off-line publicity.
• To develop press releases and media materials and be responsible for media sell-ins, pitching, and social influencers selection and engagement.
• To understand local and regional media landscape and to demonstrate expertise in building and nurturing relationship with media.
• To act as client servicing to liaise and coordinate with all internal & external parties.
• To participate in project and event management, from concept curation, design and production, to onsite supervision and management, liaison with third parties, etc.
• To support events including but not limited to press conferences, exhibitions, and press tours.
• To participate in business pitch, proposal development and presentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or equivalent discipline
• A minimum of THREEyears relevant work experience in PR/ Marketing agencies is required. 
• Solid experience gained in lifestyle PR, knowledge of Finance/ Property/ Tech markets in HK will be an added advantage.
• Good media network with Lifestyle/ Culture/ Feature Page; Connection with Business & Finance Media will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and work under tight timelines
• Possess strong project management skill and can work independently
• Detail-minded, well-organised, proactive, highly motivated, responsible and a good team player/ leader

Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered for the PR Assistant Manager position.
