Building Service Co-ordinator

Asphalt Surfaces (International) Limited is a an independently-owned business. Our core works are producing and laying bituminous products for the local construction Industry, but we also engage in civils works and other associated construction activities. Our size, vast experience and flexibility allow us to work with our clients on many projects all over Hong Kong. We are currently looking for a Building Service Co-ordinator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

* Strong communication skills to liaise with consultant/client/ sub-contractors and the co-ordination of various building services site work;

* Coordinate with all BS subcontractors as well as builder's representatives on site to effectively integrate BS systems into the building. Liaise with Statutory Authorities and Utilities Companies on BS work

* Responsible for monitoring and checking building services installations and ensuring that specifications, work procedures, work schedules and quality control of works are strictly followed

* Check on site to ensure all installed materials comply with contract specifications and working procedures

* Good interpersonal, project management and site supervision skills

* Conversant with coordination of CSD and CBWD

* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Requirement:

• AA Experience
• Building Service Degree
