Onsite Technical Supervisor

Job Basic Requirements:

1. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of results;
2. Ability to respond quickly and provide timely feedback to client issues;
3. Good communication Skill with English and Cantonese;
4. Familiar with software and hardware(POS, Kiosk, ...);
5. Cantonese, English and Mandarin are must and fluent;
6. Understand the ticketing industry(better)；
7. Hongkongers with Hongkong ID;

Main Responsibilities:

1. Report to WestK Onsite/Online Support team manager;
2. Take responsibility for handling various issues related to kiosks, servers, box offices, Miniprogram;

Daily Work:

1. Maintain frequent face-to-face and online communication with WestK’s IT department and designated contacts;
2. Communicate with clients in real time via Teams and WhatsApp;
3. Coordinate Guangzhou online support staff in communicating with clients.

KPI:

Take responsibility for client complaint rate and satisfaction level in technical support area.
