Project: Community Health Centre Building Shek Kip Mei SS H505

We are looking for full-time position for The Shek Kip Mei Community Health Centre. It is situated at the Southern part of Shek Kip Mei.  The site has an area of approximately 2,887 square metres. The redevelopment of Shek Kip Mei Health Centre involves demolishing the existing centre and developing a new Shek Kip Mei Community Health Centre (SKMCHC) to accommodate: a community health centre (with a general out-patient clinic (GOPC)), a chest clinic, a maternal and child health centre, a dermatological clinic, a social hygiene service head office, a public vehicle park and ancillary facilities, including loading/unloading facilities and an ancillary car park.

Resident Structural Engineer (RSE)

Requirements

• Registered Professional Engineer (Civil or Structural Engineering Discipline) in Hong Kong as defined under the Engineers Registration Ordinance;
• Corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) (Civil or Structural Engineering Discipline) or an equivalent professional institution; and
• Minimum 5 years’ post-professional qualification experience in the supervision and coordination of construction projects.

Resident Geotechnical Engineer (RGE)

Requirements

• Registered Professional Engineer (Geotechnical Engineering Discipline) in Hong Kong as defined under the Engineers Registration Ordinance;
• Corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) (Geotechnical Engineering Discipline) or an equivalent professional institution; and
• Minimum 5 years’ post-professional qualification experience in the supervision and coordination of geotechnical elements of construction projects.

Assistant Resident Structural Engineer (ARSE)

Requirements

• Degree holder in civil or structural engineering; and
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
