Logistic and Production & Material Control Clerk / Officer

About the role
Our company is the leading semiconductor manufacturer and service provider in Hong Kong. The candidate will join our growing team as a Logistics & PMC Clerk / Officer to offer support on Logistics, Planning and Material Control. The position will primarily support the logistics team on daily logistics arrangements and the PMC team on daily material control.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle daily in/outbound logistics procedures, Tradelink declaration and I/E documents
• Keep track of the shipment schedule to ensure accurate and updated delivery status
• Perform outdoor delivery to customers often
• Overview of warehouse movements and maintain an accurate inventory record
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and other procurement documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods
• Support the planning and implementation of procurement strategies
• Update reports for management review and support the month-end closing
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

What we're looking for

• Diploma or above in Logistics / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 0-2 years of working experience, experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, and strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• A team player with the ability to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word
• Immediately available is preferable
