Key responsibilities include

• Report, consolidate and analyze data from several sources, generating insights that drive the team’s commercial and operational performance. This may include:

  • Spending and volume outcomes
  • Supplier performance metrics
  • Procurement risks and opportunities
  • Performance vs budgets and forecasts
• Prepare monthly S&OP reporting and presentation
• Build and maintain close relationships with internal customers and suppliers through all phases of needs assessments
• Report procurement data to cross functional teams e.g. sustainability, finance
• Continuously review and build upon procurement process improvements
• Prepare and submit project status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
• Support in projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager

Desired Skills and Experience

To make sure we are setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain or any related discipline
• Min. 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Procurement, gained from supplement/ FMCG is a plus
• Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Good presentation and report writing skills, strong commercial acumen with an ability in ‘story-telling’ using data insights
• High level numeracy and reconciliation skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with figures
• Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) verbal & written skills
