職位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service
 

  • Coordinate with Sales department on the daily execution (including back-orders & inventory management) to optimize customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with warehouse team on the monthly stock take timing & work with sales team on the cut off preparation
  • Coordinate with warehouse team on ordering requirement (special batch, delivery date etc..)
  • Manage the Minor-Chain Ordering process (end to end)
  • Manage order releasing process in SAP in order to pass the orders to warehouse team on time
  • Collaborate with all functions to ensure optimal procurement process for non-stock items
  • Support other ad-hoc assignments

Quality & Food Safety
 

  • Implement Quality procedures and guidelines
  • Oversee quality performance in warehouse (local & overseas) & conduct inspection with improvement actions
  • Release product through e-system
  • Liaise with factory for complaint investigation
  • Approve for pack label artwork
  • Coordinate with external laboratory for testing arrangement and vetting
  • Manage general quality administrative work
  • Support other ad-hoc assignments
     

REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • 1-2 years of experience in Quality & Food Safety function
  • Experience with Quality downstream – warehouse / logistics is a plus
  • Bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology / Food Technology Management
  • Excellent in Excel
  • Good communication, negotiation and influence skills
  • Performance oriented mind
  • Proactive and initiative
  • Organized
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
