Responsibilities :
- To support the Sales Team to prepare quotations and reports.
- To handle the inquiries from overseas branches and customers.
- To keep track and trace the shipment status, cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements :
- Secondary education or above.
- 1 year or above experience in Customer Service (freight forwarding industry is preferred).
- Knowledge of operation system CW1 is an advantage.
- Good command of English & Mandarin.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
- Applicant with more work experience can be considered as Senior Coordinator.
Working Location: Asia Logistics Hub - SF Centre, 36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, (10-minute free shuttle bus service from MTR Tsing Yi).
Working Hours: 5 work days per week.
