Sales Coordinator - Customer Service @ Tsing Yi

職位描述

Responsibilities :

  • To support the Sales Team to prepare quotations and reports.
  • To handle the inquiries from overseas branches and customers.
  • To keep track and trace the shipment status, cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.


Requirements :

  • Secondary education or above.
  • 1 year or above experience in Customer Service (freight forwarding industry is preferred).
  • Knowledge of operation system CW1 is an advantage.
  • Good command of English & Mandarin.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Applicant with more work experience can be considered as Senior Coordinator.


Working Location:  Asia Logistics Hub - SF Centre, 36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, (10-minute free shuttle bus service from MTR Tsing Yi).

Working Hours:  5 work days per week.
