Shipping & Receiving, Materials Handler - Hong Kong

The Shipping & Receiving/Material Handler is responsible for ensuring proper shipping and receiving of products, preparing shipping documentation, and warehouse management.

Meet “On-time” delivery.  Handle urgent deliveries communicated through email or from manager, review pick and pack manager in SAP daily.

Process customer orders:

• Collect and confirm customers delivery information.
• Checking real products and account quantity-physical work
• Re-packaging and re-labeling products according to the delivery requirements (include remove and re-stack) -physical work
• Prepare packing list, international invoices and other documents
• Contact and arrange logistics company to ship out in a short time

Inventory

• Arrange order pickup from suppliers.  Contact with mainland colleague to arrange reasonable delivery time and transportation way for product from factory to Hong Kong office.
• Notify Quality Department of incoming shipment for immediate receipt into SAP.  Complete all receiving documents with appropriate data.

Manage Warehouse

Record all inventory movement on inventory cards and logs as necessary.  (Shipments, receipts, samples, returns, transfers, reworks and MRB)

Other Tasks as assigned.

Job requirements:

• F.5/DSE standard or above
• Experience in working with SAP program.
• Ability to repetitively lift, move and process packages weighing up to 19 kg.
• Holding a valid HK working visa / HKID are welcome to apply
• Be able to handle E-mail and logistic documents in English or Chinese.

Work experience requirements:

• At least one (1) year relevant experience in shipping and warehouse
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel
• Experience in SAP.
• Responsible, customer-oriented, work independently and can work under pressure.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
