Purchasing Manager

A subsidiary of listed company, it is one of the major frozen food importers and distributors in Hong Kong, we supply frozen meat from all over the world to Hong Kong market. Our customers include some big and familiar chain restaurants in Hong Kong. We are a relatively young but fast-growing company, with a think out of the box philosophy.

Job Natures
 

• Evaluate new product opportunities base on understanding of the market demand.
• Build and maintain strong relations with suppliers, identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive the sales and maximize profitability.
• Review the performance of existing product sales by channel and customer as appropriate, submit recommendation for change in the marketing plan to remedy the situation.
• Prepare sales and stock forecast reports.
• Occasional oversea travel to suppliers and plant visit.

Requirements
 

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage purchasing position.
• Customer-oriented, teamwork spirit and outgoing characters.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
• Good communication skill in English.
• Flexibility working hours
• Applicant with less experience will be consider as purchasing officer
