Supply Chain Officer

Hire position details :

• Position : Supply Chain Officer
• Office location : San Ying Pun, Hong Kong
• Work days per week : 5 days ( Monday to Friday )
• Request start date : immediately on board is preferrable

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle the whole ordering process, both sales & purchasing
• Manage inbound / outbound shipments, prepare shipping and import / export documents
• Handle local customers inquiries
• Maintain inventory reports and warehouse reports
• Monitor spare parts inventory
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualification required :

• Diploma / University graduated or above
• 5 years or above working experience related of customer services and logistics operation
• Proficient in handle full set import / export shipping documents
• Well-versed in MS Office applications especially Excel
• Solid experience in handling import / export shipping process, familiar with different shipping term executions
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
