Senior Brand, Communication & Design Specialist

The successful candidate will, in the framework of Hilti’s business strategy, grow our business and drive customer engagement by organizing events and exhibitions and identifying collaboration opportunities with professional associations to showcase our innovations and eventually contribute to the industry. The individual is responsible for working with different stakeholders, such as the marketing team and sales team, etc. to oversee the design and implementation of marketing communications initiatives.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Brand, Communication & Design Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hilti. In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing our business, driving customer engagement, and contributing to our industry's development.

What does the role involve?

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance our brand presence within the industry
• Organize and manage events and exhibitions, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination, to showcase our innovations and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Identify collaboration opportunities with professional associations and industry partners to promote our products and services through joint events and exhibitions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure the successful execution of marketing communication initiatives
• Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures and website content
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to evaluate the impact of our events
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event and exhibition management, brand management, and communication

What you need is:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
• 3 years’ experience in brand management, communication strategies, and event and exhibition management
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
• Proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative ideas
