Sales Supervisor, FMCG

Join our dynamic sales team to drive growth, lead promotions, and shape market strategies in a fast-paced retail environment!

General Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales target
• Manage all in-store shelfing, promotion activity and ordering;
• Work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement, inquiries and coordination;
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Collect market intelligence and feedback to management;
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their performance

Job Requirements:

• School Certificate / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or equivalent qualification;
• 5 years field sales experience in FMCG industry preferably within the scope of Personal Care, Household categories
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
• Ambitious, assertiveness, self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal, communication skills
