Solution Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate & support sales team on business solution and digital transformation cases to achieve sales goal and target
• Assess, analyze and evaluate customer workflow procedure
• Design operation / process model on print, scan and mail services to fit for customers' need
• Solution design on document management and workflow solution
• Conduct presentation to customer with consultative services by industrial domain knowledge
• Prepare project related documentation, including but not limited to solution design proposal, quotation, and project management documents etc.
• Assist in project implementation & coordinate with operation team to ensure the project moves on a defined track
• Assist in presales activities but not limited to customer meeting
• Work with external partners on strategic business development cooperation

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business, computer science and Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• Relevant working experience in pre-sales or consultant on digital transformation project is preferred
• Mature with excellent communication, presentation, writing, analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop relationship with clients, assimilate new technology knowledge
• Personality with organized, detail-minded, well planning and sensitive to numbers
• Ability on multi-tasking and work independently
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
