System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the current HR system and identify requirements for the new system

• Develop a comprehensive migration plan, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless data migration and system integration and provide support to HR staff

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of the new HR system to ensure accuracy and functionality

• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise during and after the migration process

• Develop and maintain in-house applications to support various business functions

• Provide technical support and training to end-users

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in system analysis and HR system migration projects

• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
