Responsibilities:

Analyze the current HR system and identify requirements for the new system

Develop a comprehensive migration plan, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies

Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless data migration and system integration and provide support to HR staff
-
Conduct thorough testing and validation of the new HR system to ensure accuracy and functionality
-
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise during and after the migration process
-
Develop and maintain in-house applications to support various business functions
-
Provide technical support and training to end-users
-
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations
-
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
-
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in system analysis and HR system migration projects
-
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
-
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
